Troubleshooting

The process is quick and simple –

  • Look in your email inbox , you should receive an email with a ‘blue typed link (or links)’  for you to click on within minutes of the completion of purchase.

But if something is wrong – here are some common problems and what to do.

  • If it is not there check your spam folder, it could have gone there in error.
  • Did you enter your email address carefully and correctly? You can check this with us.
  • Occasionally some of the older email providers such as Hotmail appear to suffer with some incompatibilities. If you have a hotmail account we suggest you try a test purchase with a free pattern first, if the free link does not appear with a few minutes then use another more modern email provider such as gmail.

Before you contact us do check your spam folder, sometimes the email can end up in there in error. Just mark it as ‘not spam’ and you will be fine for future purchases.
